Merlin Kiridashi Series introduces a new generation of AceJet kitchen knives with premium powder steel Elmax (origin - Uddeholm EU).

This is the work of a knife designer who has been dedicated to this craft for 50 years and gives the knife a hallmark of professionalism through the choice of design, parameters, steel (type and hardness), and handle details (wood used, guard, and pommel), which as a whole gives the knife great cutting abilities.

Real functionality during work is the most important thing. It is a joy that, as an added value, there is a rebellion against machine-made, mass-produced cheap imported knives, and the feeling that this knife was crafted by a human hand.
